Flying through the dark night sky,
The stars light up as she goes by
And smile at Moonpie Gemini.
She swoops around the sleeping earth
Watching death and watching birth,
She knows the children's secret dreams
And caresses them with soft moonbeams.
Her silver light brings ease from tears
And lonely folk with hidden fears
