Vision-Fireflies

And over a period of three nights a lesson was given to me. A teaching of lights and fireflies.Of how each of us carries within them a sphere of golden light.

In some of us this light shines forth freely, allowing all who encounter it to feel warm of spirit and nurtured.

In others the light is shielded, shadowed, often by pain, fear or bitterness,caused by life experiences that they have not matured through and not yet attained the wisdom to recognise as a positive experience from which to learn and grow.
Though each carries light of the same worth, there are three planes of existence or evolution.

When two fireflies of the same plane meet in their lives, there’s a quiet acknowledgement. It may be just a brief glance as they pass on the street, or a deeper relationship, friendship…love.

They share their light for the benefit of each other, and then may move on, in their separate ways, or may meld into one light and remain together for life.

The light we carry is like a fractal part within each that connects us to each other and the whole.

And one day we may realise the whole.
